Standard Shipping Time

US and Canada: 10 - 20 days*

Australia and New Zealand: 10 - 25 days*

Europe**: 10 - 25 days*

Latin America: 20 - 30 days*

Africa**: 25 - 45 days*

Other countries: 15 - 45 days

Processing time

The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Delays

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs that we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen. In the event that your package goes missing or is denied by customs, we will extend a full credit refund.

Customs fees

In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, VINIPIAK has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Track your order

An email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier's website or https://www.17track.net/en and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at sancherous@yahoo.com with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.
